THE PUMP

The Yamuna Ball Pump is a compact, lightweight tool designed to quickly inflate and deflate Yamuna Body Rolling balls. Its small size makes it perfect for travel, so you can easily adjust the density of the balls for a more personalized practice. Unlike standard sport pumps, which can damage the valve, the Yamuna pump is specifically designed for YBR balls, ensuring the valve remains intact so the balls can perform as intended and last a lifetime!

Inflating:

1. Moisten the needle.
2. Twist and insert the needle into the valve.
3. Inflate the ball to your desired firmness.
4. To remove, twist the needle slightly as you pull it out.

Deflating:

1. Unscrew the pin from the nozzle.
2. Moisten the needle.
3. Twist and insert the needle into the valve.
4. Release air as needed.
5. Twist the needle as you pull it out to remove.

Note: Do not insert the needle into the back bulb, as it will damage the pump. Most YBR balls ship deflated (except black, blue, and face balls), so this pump is essential for easy inflation and deflation.
